80-20 Fast Start Federal Résumé Development
A Certified Federal Job Search Trainer (CFJST) will leverage their federal HR and workforce development experiences to help you develop your federal résumé. You’ll see your résumé transformed and learn how to find the right keywords and arrange them into the format preferred by federal hiring managers with accomplishment-based skill statements in just two (2) hours! We can also help with Assessment/Occupational Questionnaire narrative using the Context-Challenge-Action-Result (CCAR) format within the two hours IN ADDITION TO developing your federal résumé.
You will also receive the Jobseeker’s Guide by Kathryn Troutman with Paulina Chen (a handbook containing résumé examples, tips, and resources for federal employment).
80-20 Fast Start Private Industry Résumé Development
The CFJST will write accomplishment-based skill statements to address the required duties and qualifications of the position through a collaborative two-hour development session. These action-result skill statements will then be arranged into an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and keyword-enhanced résumé format preferred by recruiting officials and managers. You’ll also learn how to emphasize and add value through your education and other qualifications (training, honors and awards, certifications, etc.). The CFJST will also provide you with wording suitable for a cover letter.

Customized Instructor-led Workshop and Virtual Training
Your customized career and leadership development workshops or virtual training are developed by an experienced instructional designer who conducts a needs analysis, provides a design plan and pilot materials, and manages the delivery of the workshop. The instructional designer will also and conduct a follow-up to ensure evaluation results are incorporated into your final materials. You can opt to have the workshop or virtual training led by an experienced career or leadership development facilitator or you can opt for a train-the-trainer for the facilitator of your choice.
